Ordinance No. 394/2026 establishes the addition of remuneration base 30 to the salary tables for workers and pilotage technical staff of the Administration of the Ports of Madeira, with retroactive effect from January 1, 2026.
The Regional Government of Madeira, through the Regional Secretariats of Economy and Finance, published Ordinance No. 394/2026, of August 10, which introduces a significant change to the remuneration tables of APRAM - Administration of the Ports of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, S.A.
The ordinance adds remuneration base 30 to the base salary and daily allowance tables that apply to two distinct groups:
This change, which results from the relative variation compared to the previous remuneration base (base 29), takes effect retroactively from January 1, 2026. The measure aims to update the salary structure of the public company that manages the region's ports, piers, and marinas.
The published document also includes a Rectification Declaration No. 27/2026 from the Regional Secretariat of Finance, which republishes the ordinance and publishes Annex III, which had been omitted in the original publication in the Official Journal.
With this update, Annexes I and III of Ordinance No. 507/2025, of September 3, which contained the previous tables, are revoked.
