Extension Ordinance no. 26/2026 expands the labor conditions of the ARM - Águas e Resíduos da Madeira company agreement to workers not represented by signatory unions.
The Extension Ordinance no. 26/2026, published by the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labor and Youth, extends the provisions of the ARM - Águas e Resíduos da Madeira, S.A. company agreement to all employees of the company, regardless of their union affiliation, with the exception of those affiliated with unions that are parties to other valid collective agreements.
The agreement, which covers matters such as remuneration, aims at the fair standardization of working conditions within the company. The extension enters into force on the day following its publication in the JORAM.
