CNIS and FNSTFPS agree on phased payment of salary differences
An amendment to the collective agreement between CNIS and FNSTFPS provides for the 2026 salary differences to be paid in two equal monthly instalments by the end of the third quarter. The monetary clauses take effect from 1 January 2026.
An amendment to the collective agreement between the National Confederation of Solidarity Institutions (CNIS) and the National Federation of Public and Social Service Workers' Unions (FNSTFPS) sets out how salary differences resulting from the revision of the agreement are to be paid.
Under the new wording of Clause 97, the monetary clauses of the agreement published in Labour and Employment Bulletin No. 21, dated 8 June 2026, take effect from 1 January 2026. The salary differences relating to 2026 must be paid in two equal monthly instalments by the end of the third quarter of 2026.
The amendment was agreed on 13 July 2026 and published in JORAM. The text identifies CNIS and FNSTFPS as the parties, representing the affiliated unions specified in the agreement.
