The lists are posted near the entrance to Floor -1 of the Institute, at Rua Elias Garcia, No. 14, in Funchal, and are available on the organisation's website.
The deadlines run from the publication of the respective notices. Candidates can consult the lists and submit any comments they consider appropriate through the channels provided for the prior hearing. Both notices were signed at the Institute on 2 October 2026 by Mara Débora Sardinha Rodrigues, member of the Board of Directors.
The lists and information about the procedures are available at seg-social.pt.
Three collective agreements published in the JORAM update pay scales and rules on Sunday work, rest, holidays, meals and career progression at social solidarity institutions. The changes cover agreements with the FNE, FNSTFPS and FEPCES, with financial effects scheduled from 1 January 2026.
A correction to the collective agreement between CNIS and FNSTFPS revises the minimum salary for level V of pay scale B-4. The amount rises from €1,804 to €1,814, effective from January 2026.
The Regional Government has opened a consultation on three draft orders to extend amendments to CNIS collective agreements to workers and institutions in Madeira not directly covered by them. Interested parties may submit a reasoned written objection within three days of the notices being published.
