Ordinance No. 383/2026 authorizes the renewal of the lease contract for a service division in the Santana Civic Center, with a total cost of 26,812.44 euros for 2026 and 2027.
The Regional Government has authorized, through Ordinance No. 383/2026 of August 4, the renewal of the non-residential lease contract for a space intended for services in the Santana Civic Center.
The contract refers to the division designated by the letter "F", located on the 1st floor of the "Santana Civic Center" building, at Avenida Manuel Marques da Trindade, No. 34, in Santana. The total amount determined for the renewal is 26,812.44 € (twenty-six thousand eight hundred and twelve euros and forty-four cents), exempt from VAT.
The costs are distributed across the economic years 2026 and 2027:
The ordinance takes effect from September 1, 2026. The amount may be updated according to the legal provisions for rent.
