The Board of Administration of the Madeira Regional Legislative Assembly approved a budget amendment of 163,000.00 euros to its own budget, to adjust the allocation of various expenses.
The Board of Administration of the Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira approved Resolution No. 8/2026, which amends the independent budget of the Assembly itself, for a total amount of 163,000.00 euros (one hundred and sixty-three thousand euros).
The decision is based on Resolution No. 136/CODA/2026, approved on 19 October 2026, and results from a report by the Financial Department on the need to ensure the correct allocation of various expenses, according to their economic nature.
The amendment was approved under paragraph 3 of Article 64 of Regional Legislative Decree No. 24/89/M, of 7 September, as amended by Regional Legislative Decree No. 13/2017/M, of 23 May. The maps detailing the reallocation are annexed to the resolution, published in the Official Gazette on 2 November 2026.
