Government appoints three mid-level managers in regional services

Three dispatches have been published appointing or designating mid-level managers of 2nd grade, on a service commission for a period of three years.

• Dispatch No. 437/2026, from the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology: João António Menezes de Andrade, of the Institute of Forests and Nature Conservation, IP-RAM, was appointed Head of the Legal Support Division of the Conservatory - School of Arts of Madeira, Eng. Luiz Peter Clode, with effect from 23 October 2026.
• Dispatch No. 438/2026, from the Regional Secretariat for Health and Civil Protection: Maria Graciela Rodrigues de Nóbrega Vieira, from the staff roster of the Regional Civil Protection Service, IP-RAM, was appointed Head of the Risk Planning and Management Division, with effect from the date of the dispatch. The candidate was the only one admitted to the recruitment procedure opened by Notice No. 502/2026.
• Dispatch No. 439/2026, from the Regional Secretariat for Health and Civil Protection: Andreia Cristina Gouveia da Silva, from the staff roster of the Funchal City Council, was designated Head of the General Administration Office Division of IASAÚDE, IP-RAM, with effect from 1 November 2026. The procedure was opened by Notice No. 176/2026.

The three dispatches include the curricular notes of the appointed women and man, which form an integral part of the respective instruments.
