The Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth has declared void a duplicate appointment notice published in the Official Journal.
The Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth has issued a Rectification Declaration No. 38/2026 to rectify a duplicate publication.
The document declares void Notice No. 399/2026, dated August 24, which had been published in the Official Journal. The reason for the annulment is that the content of this notice corresponded to an identical publication already contained in Order No. 347/2026, dated August 26.
The order in question appoints Maria Micaela Sousa Baltazar, a Senior Technician from the Regional Directorate of Education, to the position of Director of the Department of Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities, on a substitution basis. As the appointment had already been duly published through the order, the previous notice is considered redundant and therefore annulled.
The Regional Government has renewed the term of Carlos André Camacho Alves as Regional Director of Youth for another three years, under a service commission regime.
