New work organization and discipline regulation at the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth Office
Through Normative Order no. 3/2026, the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth has updated its work organization and discipline regulation. The measure aims to adapt service operations to technological developments and legislative changes that have occurred since 2012.
The new regulation, which enters into force the day after its publication, establishes:
- Operating hours: Between 09:00 and 12:30 and between 14:00 and 17:30.
- Schedule modalities: Fixed, flexible, staggered, continuous shift, and shift work.
- Attendance control: Implementation of biometric or magnetic card registration, with a delay tolerance limited to 60 minutes per month.
- Telework: Possibility of adoption through written agreement, respecting job compatibility.
This order revokes the previous Working Hours Regulation approved by Order no. 14/2012.
