The Regional Government of Madeira has approved a new internal regulation for the Office of the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth, modernizing attendance and working hours standards.
Through Normative Order no. 3/2026, the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth has updated its work organization and discipline regulation. The measure aims to adapt service operations to technological developments and legislative changes that have occurred since 2012.
The new regulation, which enters into force the day after its publication, establishes:

Pedro Gonçalves de Barros has been appointed head of the Territorial Monitoring and Landscape Division of the Regional Directorate for Territorial Planning. The one-year appointment takes effect on 1 October 2026.
