Regional Government Opens Competitions for Eight Senior Technician Posts in Law

Two notices were published in the Official Gazette opening recruitment procedures to fill eight positions in the senior technician career, in the field of Law, with public employment contracts of indefinite duration.

Notice No. 568/2026 - Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology

• One position on the staff map of the Office of the Secretary, in the Legal Office of the Directorate of Legal Affairs and Technical Support Services.
• Required qualification: Law degree.
• Reference salary position: 1,499.15 € (1st position, level 16, of the Single Remuneration Table).
• Selection methods: Knowledge Test (70%) and Professional Selection Interview (30%), or, for candidates who already perform the duties, Curriculum Assessment (70%) and Professional Selection Interview (30%).

Notice No. 569/2026 - Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure

• Two positions assigned to the staff map of the Regional Directorate for Planning, Resources and Management of Public Works (DRPRGOP), with the workplace at the Directorate of Legal Services, Rua Dr. Pestana Júnior, No. 6, Funchal.
• Required qualification: Law degree, with no possibility of substitution by training or professional experience.
• Reference salary position: 1st position, salary level 16, of the senior technician career.
• Selection methods: Knowledge Test (60%) and Professional Selection Interview (40%), or Curriculum Assessment (60%) and Professional Selection Interview (40%).

Candidates with a degree of disability equal to or higher than 60% have preference in case of equal ranking. Application deadlines are 10 working days from the publication of the notices in the JORAM.
