The Independent Union of Workers in Commerce, Offices, Services, Restaurants and Beverages has joined the collective agreement between CNIS and FNE. The salary scales, meal allowance and seniority increments take effect from 1 January 2026.
The Independent Union of Workers in Commerce, Offices, Services, Restaurants and Beverages and others (SITCES) has joined the collective agreement concluded between the National Confederation of Solidarity Institutions (CNIS) and FNE - National Federation of Education and others.
The accession agreement covers the collective agreement published in Labour and Employment Bulletin No. 30 of 15 August 2025, as last amended in Bulletin No. 15 of 22 April 2026. It was concluded under Article 504 of the Labour Code.
The agreement enters into force on the fifth day after its publication in the Labour and Employment Bulletin. The salary scales, meal allowance and seniority increments take effect from 1 January 2026, inclusive. The clause concerning the allowance for normal work on Sundays takes effect from 1 July 2026, inclusive.
The statement included in the agreement indicates that CNIS estimates that 4,000 employers are covered and that the trade union estimates 70,000 workers.

A correction to the collective agreement between CNIS and FNSTFPS revises the minimum salary for level V of pay scale B-4. The amount rises from €1,804 to €1,814, effective from January 2026.
