Government sets price for temporary incapacity certificate blocks
The price for each block of 50 temporary incapacity for work certificates has been set at 5 euros plus VAT, supplied exclusively by the Health Administration Institute.
Through Order No. 371/2026 from the Regional Secretary of Health and Civil Protection, the sale price for blocks of the printed form for temporary incapacity for work certificates has been determined. This form is used when electronic transmission of the certificate is not possible.
According to the order, published in JORAM:
- The price for each block, consisting of 50 copies, is set at €5.00 (five euros), plus VAT at the applicable legal rate.
- The blocks are supplied exclusively by the Health Administration Institute, IP-RAM, upon payment of the established price.
This measure follows the approval of the form model by Ordinance No. 90/2024, which established the need to set its unit value. The order came into effect the day after its publication.
