The ordinance establishing the procedure for the rehabilitation project of Regional Road 217 in São Roque do Faial, Santana, has been revoked.
The Regional Government has decided to revoke a 2022 ordinance related to a road rehabilitation project. Through Ordinance No. 540/2026, Ordinance No. 199/2022 of April 8, which referred to the procedure "Rehabilitation of ER217 - São Roque do Faial, Santana. Construction Project," is formally revoked.
The revocation means that the administrative and budgetary framework established by the 2022 ordinance is no longer in force. This decision is common in public procurement processes when a procedure is canceled, replaced, or when its legal terms need to be updated by a new ordinance.

The Regional Government has authorised the expropriation of land plot no. 42 for €90,485.45 for the channelling works of the Ribeira da Palmeira.
Portaria n.º 619/2026 spreads the 9,050,000 euros for the first phase of the Ribeira de João Gomes rehabilitation across 2027 and 2028, with no expenditure in 2026.
The Regional Government Council authorised the expenditure for two works, awarded two others and approved the respective procedures, including the reformulation of the Santo António Interchange in Funchal and the requalification of the ER 120 in Porto Santo.
