A joint ordinance modifies the budget phasing for the Longueira slope stabilization project on Regional Road 110, maintaining the total value of €1.44 million but adjusting the allocations for 2026 and 2027.
The Regional Secretaries of Finance and of Equipment and Infrastructure have published an ordinance that changes the payment schedule for a slope stabilization project on the regional road network. Ordinance No. 539/2026 modifies the distribution of the budgeted costs for the contract "Slope Stabilization on Regional Roads - Lot 3 - ER 110 Longueira Slope".
The total contract value remains at €1,440,000.00 (one million four hundred and forty thousand euros), but its financial execution has been rescheduled between the years 2026 and 2027. The new distribution is as follows:
The ordinance also establishes that the amount set for each year may be increased by the balance carried over from the previous year. The mentioned amounts will be increased by VAT at the applicable legal rate. The expenditure for 2026 is covered by the regional budget approved for this year.
This change allows for better financial management of the project, ensuring the continuity of stabilization works on a critical regional road.
