The Regional Government has granted an additional 60 days for the formalization of housing acquisitions under the public offer OPCC 1/2024.
Through Resolution No. 653/2026, the Regional Government Council authorized a 60-day extension for the formalization of the acquisition of housing units awarded under the public offer OPCC 1/2024. This measure aims to allow the completion of the necessary procedural steps for the execution of public deeds.
The decision follows requests submitted by the awardees to IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM, with the deadline extension not compromising the timeline goals of the RE-C02-i03-RAM Investment, scheduled for August 31, 2026.
