The Regional Government Council has authorized an amendment to the execution deadline for the risk prevention and mitigation project on the ER 103, in Cabouco.
The Regional Government Council, meeting in plenary session on June 25, 2026, approved through Resolution no. 632/2026 an adjustment to the content of Clause 5, regarding the execution deadline, of the public works contract designated as "Prevention and Mitigation of Landslide Risk on ER 103 Cabouco. Contract".
The resolution also delegates to the Regional Secretary for Equipment and Infrastructure the necessary powers to sign the respective contractual instrument. According to the official document, this administrative adjustment does not entail any additional financial burden for the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
The Regional Government has authorized the distribution of budgetary charges for three rehabilitation and improvement projects on regional roads, totaling an investment of 3.59 million euros.
