The Regional Secretariat of Finance has redistributed budgetary charges for the Digital Innovation and Skills Center project.
Through Ordinance no. 268/2026, the Regional Government has amended and redistributed the budgetary charges related to the public works contract for the Digital Innovation and Skills Center, totaling 1,664,697.16 euros. This measure is justified by the need to carry out complementary work on the infrastructure, which will serve for the training and qualification of Regional Public Administration employees.

The ordinance enters into force the day after its publication and takes effect on June 9, 2026.
The public utility status has been declared for the expropriation of land needed for the regularization and channeling of the Ribeiro da Raiz stream in Curral das Freiras, aiming to mitigate flood risks.
