The Regional Government has amended the budgetary schedule for the acquisition of 533 housing units under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP).
Ordinance no. 194/2026 formalizes the amendment and redistribution of budgetary charges related to the acquisition of 533 housing units, within the scope of the RRP, with a total investment of €115,515,896.32.
The charges are now scheduled as follows: €44,289,563.45 in 2024, €64,900,793.51 in 2025, and €6,325,539.36 in 2026. Execution is ensured by IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM.
The Government Council approved revised purchase values for two housing projects, totaling over 10 million euros, due to increased construction costs.
Ordinance No. 403/2026 authorizes the allocation of 2,160,500 euros for the 'ER 120 - Ribeiro Cochino/Calheta' construction project, with staggered payments until 2027.
EMACOM has requested a 25-year concession to use water resources and install a submarine cable at Ribeiro Salgado Beach in Porto Santo.
