Regional Government revokes road construction procedures
The Regional Government has revoked two ordinances regarding road junction redesign contracts.
Through Ordinances no. 123/2026 and no. 125/2026, the Regional Government of Madeira has formalized the revocation of two public investment procedures for the regional road network:
- Ordinance no. 123/2026: Revokes Ordinance no. 812/2023, regarding the procedure 'Reformulation of the Cortado Junction. Contract'.
- Ordinance no. 125/2026: Revokes Ordinance no. 706/2023, regarding the procedure 'VR1 - Ribeira Brava/Machico Expressway. Reformulation of the Santo António Junction and Accesses'.
Both revocations come into effect the day after their publication in the Official Journal.
