Twelve law graduates have been mandated to represent the Public Treasury before various administrative and tax courts.
Order No. 201/2026, signed by the Regional Director of the Tax and Fiscal Affairs Authority of RAM, delegates powers of representation of the Public Treasury to 12 law graduates. These professionals will act before the Supreme Administrative Court, the Central Administrative Court, the Administrative and Fiscal Court of Funchal, and the Tax Court of Lisbon.
The delegated employees are: Vera Mónica Pinto Correia Fernandes Gomes, Lina Maria Ferraz Camacho Albino, Lucélia Rodrigues Nóbrega, Ana Cláudia Garcês Rodrigues, Águeda Marlene Ascensão de Nóbrega, José Nélio Nunes dos Santos, Ana Filipa Baptista Ferreira Pedroso, Sofia Lara Freitas Sousa, Marta Raquel Correia Baroca, Pedro Sérgio Sousa Silva, Diva Jardim Maciel da Mata, and Maria Volovchenko.
The order revokes the previous Order No. 348/2025.
