The Regional Government of Madeira has rectified a material error in the budgetary commitment number regarding the program contract with ARM.
Rectification Declaration No. 18/2026 has been published, correcting an inaccuracy in Ordinance No. 198/2026, of May 7. The document concerns the distribution of budgetary charges for the program contract signed between the Autonomous Region of Madeira and ARM - Águas e Resíduos da Madeira, S.A., aimed at financing the Rehabilitation of the Palheiro Ferreiro Lagoon, with a total value of €3,499,510.00.
The rectification specifically concerns the budgetary commitment number, which is now correctly identified as CY42607560, while the remaining elements of the budgetary classification and the object of the contract remain unchanged.
The Regional Government of Madeira has revoked Ordinance no. 83/2025, which provided for the distribution of budgetary charges for the acquisition of travel, transport, and accommodation services.
The Regional Government has authorized the sale of a rustic property in Canico, via direct adjustment, for the amount of 26,930 euros.
