Through Resolution no. 478/2026, the Regional Government authorized the sale, by direct adjustment, of a rustic property located in the Quinta area, parish of Canico, municipality of Santa Cruz.
The property, with a total area of 880 m², was sold to citizen Jose Antonio Figueira Chaves for a total amount of 22,440.00 euros. The decision is based on the policy of monetizing regional public assets, as the property was considered surplus and unnecessary for public interest purposes.
The Regional Government of Madeira has rectified a material error in the budgetary commitment number regarding the program contract with ARM.
