Regional Government revokes transaction agreement with ASSICOM and Caixa Geral de Depósitos
Through Regional Government Council Resolution No. 145/2026, the Regional Government authorized the revocation of the Transaction Agreement signed on November 10, 2023, between Caixa Geral de Depósitos, S.A., ASSICOM - Construction Industry Association - Autonomous Region of Madeira, the Autonomous Region of Madeira, and Dilectus Residências Assistidas, S.A..
The decision allows for the discharge and cancellation of mortgages registered in favor of the Region on two properties (one urban and one rural) located in Sítio do Arieiro, in the parish of São Martinho, Funchal, following the settlement of ASSICOM's obligations to the banking institution.
