An update on the budgetary charges for the lease of the building on Rua do Aljube, which houses the PEPAC R.A. Madeira Technical Assistance services, has been published.
Ordinance no. 129/2026, signed by the Regional Secretariats of Finance and Agriculture and Fisheries, establishes the redistribution and amendment of budgetary charges regarding the lease contract for the property located at Rua do Aljube, no. 49, in Funchal.
The building, with a useful area of 333.18 m² spread over six floors, is intended for the installation of the PEPAC R.A. Madeira Technical Assistance services (formerly PRODERAM 2020). The schedule of financial charges defined by the diploma is as follows:
The diploma also provides that the annual amounts may be increased by the balance calculated in the previous year, as well as by annual rent updates in accordance with the legal coefficients in force.
The Regional Government of Madeira has revoked Ordinance no. 83/2025, which provided for the distribution of budgetary charges for the acquisition of travel, transport, and accommodation services.
The Regional Government has authorized the sale of a rustic property in Canico, via direct adjustment, for the amount of 26,930 euros.
