Government authorizes reprogramming of program contract with APRAM
The Madeiran executive approved the sixth amendment to the program contract with the Administration of the Ports of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, rescheduling an investment of 7.1 million euros.
Through Regional Government Council Resolution No. 128/2026, the Regional Government authorized the sixth amendment to the program contract signed with APRAM - Administration of the Ports of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, S.A.. This measure aims to reschedule the financial contribution granted, totaling a maximum amount of €7,199,512.32, adjusting the execution schedule to the actual deadlines of public procurement procedures.
The new multi-annual payment plan is distributed as follows:
- 2021: €1,170,662.09
- 2022: €1,099,437.67
- 2023: €376,945.39
- 2024: €362,567.22
- 2025: €977,487.38
- 2026: €2,481,765.00
- 2027: €730,647.57
The amendment does not imply additional charges to the total amount initially foreseen and has budgetary coverage secured for the years 2026 and 2027.
