The Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology has signed permanent employment contracts with two new operational assistants.
Following the recruitment procedure opened through Notice no. 496/2025, of December 30, the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology has formalized the hiring of two operational assistants for its staff.
The hired professionals, who began their duties on June 1, 2026, under a permanent public service employment contract with a probationary period, are:
Both employees are positioned at the 1st remuneration level of their respective category, as detailed in Notice no. 256/2026 published in JORAM.
The Council of the Government approved the termination, by mutual agreement, of the funding agreement between the Madeira Football Association and the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology.
Addendums to contracts with 28 private education establishments have been approved, representing a total increase of over 661,000 euros for the 2025/2026 school year.
The two important activities in the Madeira school calendar for the next academic year have already been scheduled, according to an order published in the Official Journal.
