The president of the Executive Council of Caniçal Basic School with Preschool and Nursery has distributed responsibilities between its two vice-presidents and appointed a substitute in case of absence. The order ratifies actions taken since 9 July 2026.
The management of Caniçal Basic School with Preschool and Nursery will now have responsibilities formally distributed between the two vice-presidents of the Executive Council. Order No. 429/2026, published by the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology, also sets out who will replace the president in the event of absence or incapacity.
Susana Isabel Rodrigues Gaspar will replace the president of the Executive Council in the event of absence or incapacity. The order ratifies actions taken by both vice-presidents under their delegated powers since 9 July 2026 and came into force the day after publication.
The decision is set out in Order No. 429/2026, signed in Funchal on 22 October 2026 by the president of the Executive Council, Lisete Maria Carvalho Brazão Garrido.
Hélder José Vieira Miranda is assigned management and staff appraisal responsibilities at Torre Basic School for the 2nd and 3rd cycles. The order also ratifies actions taken under the delegation since 15 June 2026.
Etelvina Maria Fernandes Abreu moves from the teaching career to the senior technician category, remaining assigned to Santo Amaro Primary School. The transfer takes effect on 1 November 2026.
Santana Youth Centre will continue to serve as University of Madeira student accommodation until 13 December 2026. The extension is intended to provide housing during the transition to the new residence at Quinta de São Roque.
