Hélder José Vieira Miranda is assigned management and staff appraisal responsibilities at Torre Basic School for the 2nd and 3rd cycles. The order also ratifies actions taken under the delegation since 15 June 2026.
The president of the Executive Council of Torre Basic School for the 2nd and 3rd cycles delegated powers to the vice-president, Hélder José Vieira Miranda, through Order No. 428/2026. The delegation covers chairing the Administrative Council and hierarchical and performance appraisal responsibilities for certain groups of employees.
The responsibilities relating to hierarchical supervision and appraisal cover staff in the Senior Technician and IT Technician career groups, Technical Assistants in the Library and Documentation and Audiovisual Media areas, the Operations Supervisor and the Coordinator of school administrative services.
The vice-president was also appointed to replace the president in her absence or when she is unable to act. The order ratifies the actions Hélder José Vieira Miranda has taken under the delegation since 15 June 2026. It was signed in Câmara de Lobos on 15 October 2026 by Zulay Rodrigues Freitas.
Etelvina Maria Fernandes Abreu moves from the teaching career to the senior technician category, remaining assigned to Santo Amaro Primary School. The transfer takes effect on 1 November 2026.
Santana Youth Centre will continue to serve as University of Madeira student accommodation until 13 December 2026. The extension is intended to provide housing during the transition to the new residence at Quinta de São Roque.
A correction notice updates references to subparagraphs in the rules for selecting trainees and awarding certificates for courses organised by the Regional Directorate for Public Administration. The changes affect points 10 and 12 of the order approving the rules.
