The Wine, Embroidery and Handicrafts Institute of Madeira has authorized the use of official mobile phones for three technicians and drivers to ensure service agility.
The Regional Secretary of Agriculture and Fisheries, Nuno Dinarte de Gouveia Maciel, authorized, through Order no. 236/2026, the allocation of mobile phones for official use to three employees of the Wine, Embroidery and Handicrafts Institute of Madeira, IP-RAM (IVBAM). The measure aims to ensure communication efficiency in inspection services, technical support, and external travel.
Each of the ten employees will be entitled to a tariff of €16.00 (plus VAT), which includes 5,500 voice minutes, 1,500 SMS, and 200 GB of data. The beneficiaries are:
The authorization, which enters into force on the date of signing, is reviewed annually and the expenditure is covered by the IVBAM budget for 2026, under funding source 513.
