Madeira sets new maximum fuel prices from 3 October
Maximum prices will be €2.003 per litre for 95-octane petrol, €2.091 for road diesel and €1.644 for coloured and marked diesel. The prices take effect at midnight on 3 October 2026.
The Regional Government has approved new maximum retail fuel prices in Madeira, effective from midnight on 3 October 2026.
Under Joint Order No. 91/2026, the limits per litre are:
- Unleaded 95-octane petrol: €2.003;
- Road diesel: €2.091;
- Coloured and marked diesel: €1.644.
The prices were approved by the Regional Secretariats for the Economy and Finance under Ordinance No. 25/2022, as currently amended.
