Portaria No. 618/2026 approves a new table of public prices and fees charged by the Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Rural Development, replacing three previous instruments.
The Regional Secretariats for Finance and for Agriculture and Fisheries published Portaria No. 618/2026, which establishes the regime of public prices and fees due for the supply of goods, the provision of services and the performance of administrative acts ensured by the Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Rural Development (DRA). The instrument enters into force on the day after its publication.
According to the preamble, the revision stems from the new organic structure of the DRA and the separation of the powers of the Regional Directorate of Livestock and Animal Welfare. The instrument also seeks to update, simplify and systematise the previous regime, removing references to discontinued goods and services and bringing together in a single document the fees provided for in Legislative Decree No. 13/2022/M, of 22 June, as well as those relating to plant protection products.
The portaria provides for exemptions, among others, for applicants with manifest economic incapacity (annual income below 14 times the guaranteed monthly minimum wage), for farmers holding the Family Farming Status certificate, and for holdings under Organic Production or Integrated Production, subject to a protocol. Payment is a condition for providing the service and may be made in person or through the SIMplifica Portal, in which case no in-person payment is required.
The values are updated annually, with effect from 1 January, based on the average annual change in the Consumer Price Index, excluding housing, for the Region. Portarias No. 66/2012, of 28 May, No. 938/2022, of 20 December, and No. 50/2024, of 6 February, are repealed.
Portaria No. 616/2026 makes the third amendment to the Inovação 2030 system regulation, setting the financial allocation at 46,060,000 euros.
Ordinance No. 615/2026 authorises the distribution of expenses for the tender to supply meals for nurseries, preschool and the 1st Cycle, over a period of four calendar years.
The Regional Government Council publicly praised tennis player Madalena Rosa Fernandes and coach Pedro Augusto de Nóbrega Vasconcelos, along with their respective clubs and associations.
