Ordinance No. 615/2026 authorises the distribution of expenses for the tender to supply meals for nurseries, preschool and the 1st Cycle, over a period of four calendar years.
The Regional Secretariats for Education, Science and Technology and for Finance published Ordinance No. 615/2026, which authorises the distribution of budgetary expenses relating to the "Limited Tender by Prior Qualification No. 2/2026 - Procurement of Meals for Children and Pupils in Nurseries, Education, Preschool and the 1st Cycle for a period of 4 calendar years (January 2027 to December 2029)".
Before the procedure was launched, Ordinance No. 132/2026 provided for annual expenses of 7,230,304.94 euros for 2027, 2028 and 2029. After the final report was drawn up, for award purposes, the amounts were changed to:
The amounts do not include VAT at the legal rate in force. The funds will be entered in the budgets of the respective years, under Secretariat 44, Chapter 01, Division 06, Subdivision 02, economic classification D.02.01.05.S0.Y0, funding source 381. The annual amount may be increased by the balance determined in the previous year.
