An ordinance rectifies an oversight in the distribution of 4.32 million euros in charges for acquiring electronic payment management services.
A correction to the budgetary schedule of a contract for the Regional Government's electronic payment services has been published. Ordinance No. 529/2026, of September 15, amends Ordinance No. 321/2026 to rectify an oversight detected in the distribution of charges.
The contract in question refers to the Public Tender procedure for the "Acquisition of electronic payment management services on the Regional Government's service portal - Simplifica and other GRM systems (Multibanco, debit/credit card, MB Way and TPA in use, Google Pay and Apple Pay)", with a total value of €4,320,000.00 (four million three hundred and twenty thousand euros), plus VAT.

The expenditure for 2026 is covered in the budget of the Agency for Innovation and Modernization of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, IP RAM. The ordinance entered into force on September 15 but takes effect retroactively from July 14, 2026.
