Government renews service commissions for six middle management positions
The Regional Secretariat of Finances authorized the renewal of service commissions for six professionals in middle management positions at the Institute for Regional Development and the Agency for Innovation and Modernization.
The Regional Government of Madeira, through the Regional Secretariat of Finances, published a series of notices authorizing the renewal of service commissions for six middle management positions in two public institutes. The renewals ensure the continuity of leadership in technical and support units.
The decisions, taken by order of the Regional Secretary of Finances, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas, cover professionals with experience in the areas of administrative management, finance, technology, and citizen support. The renewals take effect from October and November 2026.
The professionals covered and their respective positions are as follows:
- Fiona Louise Correia Pereira (graduate) - Renewal of the service commission in the 1st grade Middle Management position, Director of the Citizen's Shop Support Unit of the Agency for Innovation and Modernization of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, IP-RAM, effective from October 1, 2026 (Notice no. 411/2026).
- Patrícia Correia Gordon Chaves (Senior Technician) - Renewal of the service commission in the 1st Grade Middle Management position, Director of the Coordination, Evaluation and Planning Unit (UCAP) of the Institute for Regional Development, IP-RAM, effective from October 20, 2026 (Notice no. 412/2026).
- Duarte Miguel Gregório Gomes (Information Systems and Technology Specialist) - Renewal of the service commission in the 2nd Grade Middle Management position, Head of the Information Technology Division of the Institute for Regional Development, IP-RAM, effective from October 20, 2026 (Notice no. 413/2026).
- Isabel Filipa Gomes Luís Vieira Gomes (Senior Technician) - Renewal of the service commission in the 1st Grade Middle Management position, Director of the Administrative and Financial Management Unit of the Institute for Regional Development, IP-RAM, effective from October 20, 2026 (Notice no. 414/2026).
- Ana Lúcia Andrade Nascimento (Senior Technician) - Renewal of the service commission in the 1st Grade Middle Management position, Director of the Financial Flows and Control Unit of the Institute for Regional Development, IP-RAM, effective from November 18, 2026 (Notice no. 415/2026).
- Paula Marisa Florença Pinto Correia Pestana (Senior Technician) - Renewal of the service commission in the 2nd grade Middle Management position, Head of the Cohesion and Cooperation Programs Management Division of the Institute for Regional Development, IP-RAM, effective from November 18, 2026 (Notice no. 416/2026).
