The Regional Secretariat for Tourism, Environment and Culture has designated the officials who will replace the Regional Director of Environment and Sea during his absences.
The Regional Secretariat for Tourism, Environment and Culture (SRTAC) has defined the line of succession for the position of Regional Director of Environment and Sea. The decision, formalized through a dispatch, aims to ensure the continuity of services during the absences or impediments of the incumbent.
According to Dispatch No. 343/2026, the primary substitute will be the Director of Services of the Environmental Inspection and Legal Action Unit, Licentiate Maria Teresa Pereira Brazão. Should she also be absent, the substitution will be ensured by the Director of Services for Environment and Circular Economy, Eng. Henrique Paulo dos Santos Rodrigues.
This designation is provided for in Regional Regulatory Decree No. 14/2026/M, which approves the organic structure of the Regional Directorate for Environment and Sea. The dispatch took effect from August 6, 2026.
