New Flexible Organic Structure of the Regional Health Secretary's Office Approved

The flexible organic structure of the Office of the Regional Secretary for Health and Civil Protection (GSRS) and dependent services was approved through Dispatch No. 333/2026, signed by Regional Secretary Micaela Cristina Fonseca de Freitas.

The flexible structure consists of two units:

• General Registry and Archives Division (DEA): A unit that replaces the former Management, Registry and Archives Support Division. Its mission is to ensure general registry, archives, management of administrative processes, sending legislation for publication, and document control. It is headed by a Division Head and reports to the Director of Legal and Governance Support Services.
• Accounting Division (DC): Integrated into the Regional Health Secretariat Management Unit (UGSRS), its mission is to support the planning, execution, and budgetary control of the GSRS and the Regional Directorate for Integrated Public Policies and Longevity. Its responsibilities include organizing accounting, supporting budget preparation, processing expenses and salaries, and managing the supplies store. It is also headed by a Division Head.

The dispatch also defines the competencies of the Human Resources and Documentation Service (RH), which becomes responsible for executing administrative personnel management procedures, supporting legislative dissemination, and monitoring tasks of operational support staff. This service is headed by a Technical Coordinator and reports to the same services director.

With this change, Dispatch No. 465/2020, of November 23, is revoked.
