Government authorizes renting contract for 6 equipment units for the Employment Institute
Ordinance No. 390/2026 authorizes an expenditure of 76,017.90 euros for the acquisition of renting services for 6 laser multifunction devices and management software for the Madeira Employment Institute.
The Regional Secretariat for Finance and the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Work and Youth have published Ordinance No. 390/2026 of August 6, which authorizes the distribution of budgetary charges for a contract for renting (operational leasing) services intended for the Madeira Employment Institute, IP-RAM.
The contract, with a total value of 76,017.90 euros (plus VAT at the legal rate), covers the installation, maintenance, and operational leasing of 6 laser multifunction devices, as well as printing fleet management software. The service also includes the supply of consumables, replacement of wear parts, and technical assistance.
The expenditure is spread over six fiscal years, according to the following payment plan:
- Fiscal Year 2026: 5,067.88 €
- Fiscal Year 2027: 15,203.64 €
- Fiscal Year 2028: 15,203.64 €
- Fiscal Year 2029: 15,203.64 €
- Fiscal Year 2030: 15,203.64 €
- Fiscal Year 2031: 10,135.46 €
The budget for 2026 is already allocated in the private budget of the Madeira Employment Institute, IP-RAM. For the following years, the necessary funds will be allocated in the institute's respective budget proposals. The ordinance also determines that the amount set for each year may be increased by the balance carried forward from the previous year.
This measure aims to equip the Employment Institute with modern and efficient printing equipment, ensuring its maintenance and operationality through a service contract model.
