The Regional Government has decided to extend the temporary suspension of issuing new licenses in the individual and paid passenger transport sector in non-characteristic vehicles (TVDE). Resolution of the Regional Government Council No. 664/2026 extends the suspension measures that were in force for another four months.
Specifically, the following are suspended until further notice:
The resolution takes effect from July 13, 2026. The decision is based on the need to complete the process of reviewing the national legal regime governing the activity and to adapt regional legislation, based on an impact study already carried out. The goal is to ensure that future access to the activity occurs within a stable legal framework consistent with the regional reality.
