Official Journal rectifies signature on dismissal notice
A rectification statement published in the Official Journal corrects the signature of the Head of the Office of the Regional Secretariat for Tourism and Culture on a previous notice.
The Regional Directorate of Public Administration issued a rectification statement to correct a formal error in a previously published notice. The correction concerns the identification of the signatory of an administrative act.
According to Rectification Statement No. 33/2026, the signature that appeared in Notice No. 298/2026, of July 7, was incorrect. This notice referred to the dismissal of Maria da Paz Clode Figueira da Silva Freitas from the position of Director of Services of the Management Unit of the Regional Secretariat for Tourism and Culture, effective from August 1, 2026.
The statement rectifies the document, establishing that where it read 'The Head of the Office, Raquel João Martins da Silva', it should read 'The Head of the Office, Raquel Vasconcelos Drummond Borges França'.
This type of rectification is a common administrative procedure to ensure the formal accuracy of published official documents, without changing the substantive content of the dismissal decision.
