Regional Government renews property leases for public services in Funchal
Budgetary charges have been authorized for the renewal of two urban lease agreements for non-residential purposes in Funchal.
The Regional Government of Madeira has formalized the distribution of expenses for the maintenance of facilities used for public services through two ordinances:
- Ordinance no. 220/2026: Regarding the property at Rua Nova de São Pedro no. 50, Funchal, with a total value of €678,000.00 spread between 2026 and 2030.
- Ordinance no. 222/2026: Regarding the property at Rua das Hortas nos. 28 to 34, Funchal, with a total value of €130,440.00 spread between 2026 and 2027.
