The Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology has formalized, through Order No. 214/2026, the appointment of João António Menezes de Andrade to the position of Head of the Legal Support Division at the Conservatório - Escola das Artes da Madeira, Eng.º Luiz Peter Clode.
The appointment, made on an acting basis effective May 15, 2026, aims to ensure the management and coordination of the organizational unit recently created by Regional Regulatory Decree No. 3/2025/M. The new appointee is a Senior Technician from the staff list of the Institute of Forests and Nature Conservation, IP-RAM, and holds an extensive background in Law, with specializations in Public Procurement and Data Protection.
