Regional Secretary of Education assumes presidency of DTIM
Dr. Elsa Maria dos Santos Fernandes has been appointed to serve as President of the General Assembly of DTIM for the 2025/2027 triennium.
The Regional Secretary of Education, Science and Technology, Dr. Elsa Maria dos Santos Fernandes, has been mandated by the Regional Government to represent the Autonomous Region of Madeira in the role of President of the General Assembly of the Regional Association for the Development of Information Technologies in Madeira - DTIM.
This appointment, formalized by Resolution No. 515/2026, covers the mandate for the 2025/2027 triennium, effective as of December 12, 2025.
