Emília de Fátima Fernandes Alves, a technician in the Office of the Regional Secretary of Agriculture and Fisheries, has been authorized to serve as a managing partner and in a cultural association.
Through Dispatch no. 256/2026, the Regional Secretariat of Agriculture and Fisheries amended Dispatch no. 502/2025, clarifying the regime for the accumulation of functions for Specialist Technician Emília de Fátima Fernandes Alves.
The decision expressly authorizes the technician to perform the following functions, in addition to her activity in the Office:
This authorization takes effect from June 12, 2026, as stipulated by Regional Secretary Nuno Dinarte de Gouveia Maciel.
