The notice for the draft ordinance extending the company agreement signed between ARM - Águas e Resíduos da Madeira, S.A., the Union of Public Administration and Public Purpose Entities Workers (SINTAP), and the Union of Public Service Workers of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (STFP - RAM), regarding its Fourth Revision and Consolidated Text, has been published.
The measure aims to extend the working conditions provided for in the aforementioned agreement to ARM employees who are not represented by the signatory trade unions, promoting the standardization of labor and remuneration conditions. Interested parties have a period of 10 business days, starting from the publication of the notice (May 29, 2026), to submit a reasoned opposition in writing.
