The Regional Government of Madeira has formalized the extension of four collective labor regulation instruments, aiming to standardize working conditions across various sectors.
The Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labor and Youth has published in the JORAM the extension of four collective agreements, ensuring that the agreed salary and labor conditions are applied to all workers and companies in the respective sectors, regardless of their union or employer affiliation.
These measures, which come into force the day after publication, aim to bring competitive conditions between companies closer together and ensure a fair standardization of working conditions in the Region.
