The Regional Government has rectified the order recognizing the Crescer sem Risco Social Solidarity Association as a youth organization.
The Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labour and Youth has published Rectification Declaration no. 23/2026, which corrects Order no. 121/2026, of March 3, regarding the recognition of the Crescer sem Risco Social Solidarity Association (NIPC 508 909 449) as a youth organization.
The amendment aims to align the text with current legislation (Law no. 23/2006, of June 23), replacing the reference to a validity of "two years" with the term "biennial period of 2026-2027". The association, based in São Vicente, thus maintains its status recognized by the Regional Directorate for Youth.
The Regional Government of Madeira has redistributed the budgetary expenses for the management of the future Câmara de Lobos nursing home, adjusting the payment schedule until 2031.
