Sao Vicente Council opens public consultation on municipal interest project
The Sao Vicente Municipal Council has initiated the public consultation period for the recognition of a housing, commerce, and services project as being of Relevant Municipal Interest.
The Sao Vicente Municipal Council, through Notice no. 111/2026, has made public the opening of a public consultation period regarding the proposal submitted by the company SILVERSUCCESS, LDA. (process OU.LC 112/2025).
The project, which seeks recognition as a Project of Relevant Municipal Interest, consists of the construction of a collective housing, commerce, and services building, located on Rua Padre Casimiro Freitas and Estrada do Pico Alto, in the parish of Ponta Delgada.
The public consultation period will last for 20 business days, starting five business days after publication in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira. Interested parties may consult the architectural project at the Sao Vicente Municipal Council facilities (Legal and Urban Planning Division), on business days, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
