Ordinance No. 515/2026 amends and redistributes budget allocations, totaling 2.65 million euros, for implementing energy improvement measures at the Santana Health Center.
The Regional Government of Madeira has approved a budget amendment for the energy efficiency project at the Santana Health Center. Ordinance No. 515/2026 redistributes a total investment of €2,649,999.99 (two million, six hundred and forty-nine thousand, nine hundred and ninety-nine euros and ninety-nine cents) across the financial years 2026 and 2027.
The funds will be applied to the procedure "SANTANA HEALTH CENTER - IMPLEMENTATION OF ENERGY IMPROVEMENT MEASURES (A)", process no. 9/2025. The financial distribution is defined as follows:
The ordinance further establishes that the amount set for each year may be increased by the balance carried forward from the previous year. The allocation for 2027 will be included in the respective budget proposal. The amounts mentioned will be increased by VAT at the applicable legal rate.
The Madeira Social Security Institute will finance 12 urgent and priority care beds at the Santa Casa da Misericórdia da Calheta, under a multi-year agreement.
