SESARAM renews Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça outpatient clinic lease for three years
SESARAM will keep the Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça outpatient clinic in premises leased from CPE - Companhia de Parques de Estacionamento, S.A., from 2027 to 2030. The total rent for the three years will be 381,471.48 euros, exempt from VAT.
The Regional Government has authorised the renewal, for a further three years, of the lease for the premises housing the Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça outpatient clinic. The contract is between the Autonomous Region of Madeira Health Service, EPERAM (SESARAM), and CPE - Companhia de Parques de Estacionamento, S.A.
The premises, covering 2,700 square metres, are located on level 97 of the building known as the Support Centre for Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça. The renewed lease runs from 10 January 2027 to 9 January 2030. The rent is 63,578.58 euros every six months, equivalent to 127,157.16 euros per year and a total of 381,471.48 euros, exempt from value added tax.
Regional Government Council Resolution No. 975/2026 states that SESARAM needs to keep the outpatient clinic at this location because no other premises are available for this purpose. The expenditure is covered by SESARAM's proposed 2027 budget.
