The Government Council approved the first amendment to the organisational structure of the Regional Secretariat for Health and Civil Protection. The change concerns Regional Regulatory Decree No. 17/2026/M of 21 September.
The Regional Government approved the first amendment to Regional Regulatory Decree No. 17/2026/M of 21 September, which establishes the organisational structure of the Regional Secretariat for Health and Civil Protection.
The approval is set out in Regional Government Council Resolution No. 974/2026 of 15 October. The published text does not specify which provisions of the organisational structure are being amended.
SESARAM will keep the Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça outpatient clinic in premises leased from CPE - Companhia de Parques de Estacionamento, S.A., from 2027 to 2030. The total rent for the three years will be 381,471.48 euros, exempt from VAT.
A new agreement allows patients from the Regional Health Service to be referred to private providers for fine-needle aspiration biopsies of thyroid nodules and the related analyses. The examinations are paid for by IASAÚDE and must not incur any charges for patients.
An order authorises the allocation of costs for a contract to rent copying and printing equipment and related services for SESARAM. The contract will run for 48 months and has a total base price of €399,960, plus VAT.
